Good hostel
It’s a good location and clean place. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast is at the lobby which includes a sandwich and fruit. Coffee and tea and crackers are available 24/7.
My locker was broken.

Great location, comfortable pods and clean place.
The location was great and the pods were very comfortable. The sandwich for breakfast was delicious. I will stay back on my next trip to Singapore.

Comfy beds, enough privacy, nice look and feel and good bathroom facilities.
Possibility to fill up bottles with water at each floor (not only the second) would be extra nice.

modern and friendly capsule hotel in the heart of singapore city
Overall a really positive capsule hotel experience (my first!). The capsule hotel itself was clean, modern and great location. It is located in Clarke Quay - a short 500m walk to the MTR station, walkable distance to Singapore River, Chinatown area and Raffles Square. I appreciated the great community and facilities of KINN - I happened to stay during their Loco about Local nights where a local artist was singing in the lobby on a Friday night. There is also monthly tea time which I was able to try traditional Malay kueh desserts. The staff helped me pack some as I was on my way to the airport. In house laundry and dryer machine is efficient and cheaper than the coin laundries on the street ($5 vs $7 per load). FYI they provide sandwich & fruits as breakfast each morning! The individual spaces were also very clean and spacious. True to the images, they are fitted with lights, mini table, mirror and power ports. They also provided slippers, towels and toothbrush. The separate locker area was also spacious and good for keeping valuables/other belongings.
The hotel is located on South Bridge Road, one of the main roads which crosses Singapore River so there are cars and buses which frequent the street. It's not the quietest room given the road noise, and other guest's noises. However, not something unexpected from a capsule hotel?
